Nikki True has been my assistant and vital to my business for over 6 years. In this episode of The InvestFourMore Real Estate Podcast I talk to Nikki about her career. Nikki happened into the real estate business, but loves it because of the freedom and money she can make. Nikki started out in the property management business working with my sister. When my sister started to downsize her business, I hired Nikki to help me. She has been awesome helping with BPOs, expenses, marketing, and much more. Plus she is a licensed agent and sells more houses than most full-time agents! Nikki has become the main person helping me with my flipping business. On the podcast we talk about all of this, and what it is like working with me and advice she has for others in the business.

On this episode of the InvestFourMore Real Estate Podcast I discuss my real estate investing. I go over my flipping business (should sell 19 flips in 2016), my rental property plan (still looking to invest in Florida), my attempt at starting a subdivision, and refinancing some of my current rentals. This has been a busy summer and year for me. I have slowly been rebuilding my flipping business after a project manager I hired did not perform very well. I have got my team working on the flips now and things are going much better. I would love to be buying more rentals, but the market in Colorado keeps going up! I am not buying rentals here, but I do want to buy more rentals in another market. I also found a new bank to refinance some of my rentals. By refinancing four rentals and selling a couple this summer, I have gotten all the cash back I spent buying and repairing my rentals. I also just came out with a new book this week!

Corey Paszkiewicz has 6 rental properties, 4 duplexes and 2 single family homes. Corey bought rentals at a young age, because he saw the value in real estate investing. However, he bought a couple of his properties before the real estate crash and without being as educated as he is now about cash flow and getting good deals. On this week's episode of The InvestFourMore Real Estate Podcast, Corey talks about how he bought his rentals before and after the crash. How he was able to survive a divorce, a career change, and a changing real estate market. Corey has since started a very successful business, and is looking to get his real estate license to further his real estate investing and make extra money.

Dean Ueda is a full-time accountant who had bought rental properties in Chicago, Las Vegas, Denver, and his home state of Hawaii. Dean is in the process of buying a turn-key rental property in Milwaukee and hopes to go into real estate full-time. On this episode of the Invest Four More Real Estate Podcast I talk to Dean about how he has found and bought properties from long-distance. I also talk about how he recently acquired his real estate license and what his plans for the future are. Dean was born and raised in Hawaii and discusses the Hawaii housing market and why it is so tough to be a real estate investor in the state. Even though it can be difficult, Dean has purchased multiple houses in Hawaii and has done very well with his investments.
